Change your
mouse pointer's hover color while surfing!
When you hover your mouse pointer over links on some Web
sites, you may notice that the linked text turns color. This color, called the
hover color, is built in to some Web sites, but there's a way to use Internet
Explorer to change the color to one of your choosing.
Launch Internet Explorer and then choose Tools | Internet
Options. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Accessibility button on
the General property sheet. In the Accessibility dialog box, select the Ignore
Colors Specified On Web Pages option and click OK. Then, in the Internet Options
dialog box, click the Colors button and in the Colors dialog box, select the Use
Hover Color check box. Click the color box beside Hover and select a color of
your choice from the palette. Click OK, and then click OK once again to close
the Colors dialog box. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box as
well. Now, hover your mouse pointer over the links on a Web page. The hover
color should reflect the one you chose in the Colors dialog box.
