Congratulations 2003 Chancellor's Award winners

Dr. John Baker received the National Council for Staff, Program and Organizational Development (NCSPOD) prestigious “National Leadership Award” for 2003 at the organization’s annual conference in Denver, CO.
Dr. Baker and fellow award winner Dr. David Gotschall (shown here with Dr. Helen Burnstad past-president of NCSPOD) were recognized for their 50 + combined years of service to the “Great Teachers” movement.
